Kirghiz Baked Beef

  1. Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil in large heavy skillet until onion is transparent.
  2. Add chopped beef and brown lightly.
  3. Pour off drippings.
  4. Add eggs, apple, apricots, curry powder, salt and pepper to beef.
  5. Add yogurt and mix well.
  6. Place in a large, deep casserole and bake in a 350F (180C).
  7. for 45 minutes.
