Cheddar-Mashed Potato Casserole

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Return to pan.
  4. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Add butter and sour cream to potatoes; mash until smooth.
  5. Spoon half into 1-1/2-qt.
  6. casserole; cover with layers of cheese, remaining potato mixture and bacon.
  7. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  8. or until heated through.
