Brownies Loaded with Chocolate
- 70 grams Chocolate
- 30 grams Butter (unsalted)
- 1 Egg (warmed to room temperature)
- 30 grams Brown sugar
- 25 grams. A) Flour
- 6 grams A) Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp A) Baking powder
- 30 grams Walnuts
- Roast walnuts in a 140C oven for 15 minutes.
- Chop to your desired size.
- Place the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted (about 1 1/2 minutes on 700W).
- Combine the egg and brown sugar.
- Blend well with the mixture from Step 2.
- Fold in the ingredients marked (A) gently.
- Add the walnuts last.
- Pour the batter into a pan and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180C oven.
- Once it's cooled, remove and cut.
- It's done.
