Masataka Swizzle

  1. Half fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes.
  3. Set a swizzle stick or bar spoon in the glass; spin between your hands to mix.
  4. Add more ice and swizzle again.
  5. Garnish with the bitters and mint.
