Masataka Swizzle
- Crushed ice
- 1 1/2 ounces Japanese or Scotch blended malt whisky
- 1/2 ounce nut liqueur
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 mint sprig, for garnish
- 3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters, plus 2 dashes for garnish
- Half fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes.
- Set a swizzle stick or bar spoon in the glass; spin between your hands to mix.
- Add more ice and swizzle again.
- Garnish with the bitters and mint.
