Pork & Bean Sprouts Stir-Fry for Two

  1. Mix dressing, soy sauce, sesame seed and 1 tsp.
  2. oil until blended.
  3. Toss 1 Tbsp.
  4. with meat.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. Heat remaining oil in nonstick wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
  7. Add meat and vegetables; stir-fry 4 min.
  8. or until meat is done.
  9. Stir in remaining dressing mixture; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min.
  10. Serve over rice.
