Sauteed Swiss Chard & Garbanzos

  1. Sauce: Whisk ingredients until blended.
  2. Swiss Chard & Garbanzos: Cut Swiss chard into 2-inch-wide lengthwise strips.
  3. Saute in hot oil in large skillet on high heat 30 sec.
  4. or just until chard is wilted.
  5. Add chickpeas, scallions, parsley and figs; cook 30 sec.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add Sauce; mix lightly.
  8. Serve warm.
