Shirley Hargrove's Baked Beans
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash Frank's red hot sauce
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 12 brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 3 (15 ounce) cans pork and beans
- Fry bacon and drain on paper towel then crumble.
- Brown ground beef, onion and pepper together.
- When done, drain off all excess grease.
- Combine remaining ingredients with ground beef mixture.
- Pour into 9x13 dish and top with bacon crumbles.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
