Sticky spicy Ribs

• 1 kg ribs
• 1 1/2 cup tomato sauce / katchup
• 1 1/2 cup bbq sauce of choice
• 1 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 1/4 tbsp cayenne pepper
• 1 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 1/2 cup chopped spring onion 4 garnish

1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate ribs over night.
2. Preheat over to 220 and bake for 45 minutes..
