Dahl Soup

  1. Saute onion, cinnamon& cumin in oil in a stockpot until the onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the lentils, kombu& water.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover& simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Season to taste& garnish with cilantro& lemon slices.
