Green Pepper Steak

  1. (Optional) Marinate meat in soy sauce for 12 to 24 hours
  2. Heat wok (or skillet) to med-high and add oil
  3. Slice meat into thin (1/2 in) strips and sear meat in wok to desired temperature (medium rare recommended)
  4. Combine choped garlic, soy sauce (if not used in marinade), ginger, onion, pepper, chopped celery, and tomatoes into bowl and mix well
  5. Lower heat of wok to meduim and add all ingedients including cooked meat
  6. Cook 3-4 minutes ( just untill vegetables are slightly cooked)
  7. Best served over egg noodles.
  8. Also works with white or brown rice, or over a flour tortilla fajita style
