For Busy Days! Stir Fried Pork with Mr. Yoshida's Sauce
- 300 grams Thinly sliced pork (thigh, belly etc.)
- 2 clove Garlic (thinly sliced)
- 50 ml Mr. Yoshida's Sauce
- 1 Vegetable oil (for frying)
- This is a picture of Mr. Yoshida's Sauce I'm currently using.
- I bought it at Costco.
- Cut the pork into suitable lengths, put the pieces in a bowl, add the sauce, garlic and rub in well.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- If you have the time or energy, first just fry the garlic you can pick up from the bowl.
- Next, add the pork and stir fry quickly.
