Cajun Dry Rub (Spieler) Recipe

• 2 Tbsp. Paprika
• 1 Tbsp. Cumin
• 1 Tbsp. Thyme
• 1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
• 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
• 1 Tbsp. Oregano
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tsp Cayenne pepper Salt, to taste

1. Combine.
2. Notes: makes sufficient for about 2 pounds of food.
