Chicken & Biscuit Dumplings

  1. Flatten biscuits out on a lightly floured surface (just a press with your palm will do)
  2. Cut dough into bite size pieces
  3. In large pot over medium heat, boil broth, water, soup, salt and pepper for 5 mintues; stir occasionally
  4. Add chicken and biscuits and stir
  5. Cover and reduce heat to low.
  6. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent biscuits from sticking together
  7. *Once you add the biscuits, it will appear that there is not enough liquid...but there is!
  8. The biscuits will shrink and get dense...leaving you with a creamy soup!
