Almond Butter Quinoa Blondie Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment and set aside.
  3. Beat together coconut oil and almond butter until creamy.
  4. Add sugar, vanilla, flax eggs, and almond milk, and beat until combined.
  5. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to wet, mixing until incorporated.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan and bake on the center rack for 25 - 30 minutes.
  8. Let cool in pan completely before cutting into squares.
