Beef and Potato Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cook beef over medium high heat, 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add scallions and cook 3 minutes longer.
  4. Stir in vegetables and soups and mix well.
  5. Top with tater tots, arranging evenly over beef mixture.
  6. Bake about 35 minutes or until bubbly and the potatoes are crisp and browned.
