Classic Vanilla Cheesecake

  1. Best if Made a day ahead!
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl; add eggs one at a time and beat until smooth.
  3. Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes~ Remove and cool for 20 minutes.
  4. Combine topping ingredients and pour over baked cheese cake.
  5. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Cool to room temp.
  7. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with fresh berries!
