Salad A La SPORTZ
- 2 cups SPORTZ Pizza Snack Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 16 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing
- Arrange crackers in single layer on cookie sheet; sprinkle with topping.
- Bake at 350F for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool.
- Toss greens, carrot, tomatoes, and green onions in large bowl.
- Toss with dressing.
- Sprinkle with crackers; serve immediately.
