Mustard Potatoes

  1. Saute onion in butter in a skillet.
  2. Add mustard, salt, pepper, milk, and cheese.
  3. Place potatoes in a slow cooker.
  4. DO NOT press down.
  5. Pour mixture over potatoes.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  7. Toss potatoes with a large spoon when ready to serve.
