Emme and Teri's Marinated Chicken Casserole

  1. Serves 4-6
  2. Sear chicken breasts in a fry pan
  3. Mix marinade
  4. (Using large gauge injector, inject Chicken Breasts with marinade)
  5. marinade chicken for 1-2 hrs
  6. Preheat oven to 450
  7. Put 1 can cream of chicken into bottom of 9x13 baking dish
  8. Add vegetables, of your choice, into dish and mix into cream of chicken soup
  9. Place chicken breasts into the baking dish
  10. Pour other can of cream of chicken soup over chicken breasts
  11. Sprinkle cheese all over chicken
  12. Bake at 450 for 35 minutes
