Easy Cooking in One Pot - Silken Tofu with Mushroom Ankake Sauce

  1. Remove the stems of the enoki mushrooms and cut it into 3 even lengths.
  2. Add the sauce ingredients and Step 1 enoki mushrooms into a pot and turn on the heat.
  3. Cut the silken tofu into your desired size and add to the pot.
  4. Simmer for a while.
  5. Thicken with the katakuriko slurry and turn off the heat.
  6. Serve in a bowl and garnish with green onions.
