Skillet Crisp Pesto Potatoes W/ Scallions #SP5

  1. Place butter and oil in a large frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Cook potatoes on all sides until golden brown.
  3. When potatoes are browned, place potatoes in serving bowl, mix in pesto then sprinkle sliced scallions on top and serve.
