Ed's E-Z Jerky

  1. Slice beef and remove as much fat as possible, place into large bowl.
  2. Add rest of ingredients and mix very well.
  3. Place meat into food dehydrator; make sure meat is laid flat and is not stacked.
  4. Turn on dehydrator for approximately 9 hours.
