Ed's E-Z Jerky
- 4 lb. beef, fat removed and sliced between 1/8-1/4-inch thick
- 1-1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup Tony Chachere's Seasoning
- 4 tbsp. garlic powder
- 4 tbsp. onion powder
- 4 tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup dried parsley
- 1/2 cup tiger sauce
- Slice beef and remove as much fat as possible, place into large bowl.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix very well.
- Place meat into food dehydrator; make sure meat is laid flat and is not stacked.
- Turn on dehydrator for approximately 9 hours.
