Pizza Swirls
- 2 1/4 cups self raising flour
- pinch of salt
- 30g butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Filling
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 200g shredded ham
- 225g can pineapple pieces, drained
- Sift the flour and salt into a bowl.
- Rub in butter until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
- Stir in enough milk to form a sticky dough.
- Knead on a lightly floured board until smooth.
- Combine all the filling ingredients until mixed through.
- Roll dough into a 17 x 30cm rectangle, spread with tomato paste and top with combined filling.
- Roll up on the longest side, like a Swiss roll, to form a sausage.
- Slice roll into 2.5cm slices and place cut side up on lined baking trays.
- Bake at 200C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
