Pizza Swirls

  1. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl.
  2. Rub in butter until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
  3. Stir in enough milk to form a sticky dough.
  4. Knead on a lightly floured board until smooth.
  5. Combine all the filling ingredients until mixed through.
  6. Roll dough into a 17 x 30cm rectangle, spread with tomato paste and top with combined filling.
  7. Roll up on the longest side, like a Swiss roll, to form a sausage.
  8. Slice roll into 2.5cm slices and place cut side up on lined baking trays.
  9. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
