Simple & Healthy Okara Salad
- 150 grams Fresh okara
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/4 Onion (sliced)
- 5 slice Ham
- 2 tsp Sugar (light brown sugar)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Soy milk (unprocessed)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Warm the fresh okara in the microwave, and then cool (600 W for about 2 minutes.)
- Soak the sliced onion in water.
- Cut the cucumber and ham too!
- Add the lemon juice, sugar, and soy milk to the bowl with the okara.
- Mix it together to blend the flavors.
- Add all the ingredients to the bowl and flavor with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Serve this okara salad to guests in this fancy presentation.
