Shake Ya Booty Taco Casserole
- 12 whole Hard Taco Shells
- 1 pound Ground Meat (Beef, Turkey, Or Chicken)
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
- 1 jar (12 To 16 Oz. Jar) Taco Sauce (Medium Heat)
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Roasted Green Chiles
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Beans (Black, White, Kidney)
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2.
- Crumble 4 taco shells in the bottom of a greased 8x8 casserole dish.
- 3.
- Brown meat in a large skillet on the stovetop.
- 4.
- Add seasoning, sauce, peppers, and beans to the cooked meat (you could also use an onion, some olives ... skys the limit!).
- 5.
- Layer half the meat mix over the taco shells, then half the cheese.
- Repeat and finish with a final layer of taco shells.
- 6.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
