Cinnamon Flavored Syrniki
- 200 grams Cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp Beaten egg
- 4 tablespoos Raw cane sugar (or regular sugar)
- 2 tbsp Cake flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Raisins
- Combine all the ingredients except the raisins.
- Pour the batter from Step 1 onto a preheated, lightly greased skillet (about 6-7 cm cakes).
- Top each with a couple of raisins, and turn them over when the bottom becomes golden brown.
- Cook both sides and they're done.
- If serving them to guests, dress them up by sprinkling some powdered sugar on top after they cool down.
