Cinnamon Flavored Syrniki

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the raisins.
  2. Pour the batter from Step 1 onto a preheated, lightly greased skillet (about 6-7 cm cakes).
  3. Top each with a couple of raisins, and turn them over when the bottom becomes golden brown.
  4. Cook both sides and they're done.
  5. If serving them to guests, dress them up by sprinkling some powdered sugar on top after they cool down.
