Breakfast Cereal Recipe

  1. Put all dry ingredients together in a bowl and mix.
  2. Sprinkle vanilla and Karo syrup over mix.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into shallow pans.
  5. Toast at 200 degrees for 20-30 min (or possibly till it starts to turn brown).
  6. Store in a tight container when cold.
  7. Serve with lowfat milk.
