Sausage and Pepper Salad
- - Italian sausage links
- 2 qt. red onions, chopped
- 2 qt. green peppers, chopped
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 qt. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 qt. KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup dried basil leaves
- 1/3 cup garlic powder
- Grill sausage links 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
- Meanwhile, saute onions and peppers in hot oil 10 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
- Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces.
- Add to vegetable mixture along with remaining ingredients; stir to mix.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
