Edamame & Smashed Pea Crostinis

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Slice bread.
  3. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil and put them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes until golden and toasted.
  5. Mix together the edamame, peas, garlic, yogurt, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  6. Spread the mixture over the toasted bread and top with radish slices.
