Dill Pickles Salad

  1. Mix Knox gelatin with 1/2 cup water.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine 1 cup water, sugar, vinegar and pineapple juice.
  4. Bring to a boil and blend well with Knox mixture.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes.
  6. Add pineapple tidbits, pimentos, and pickles.
  7. Refrigerate to set.
  8. Cook time includes set time in refrigerator.
