Balsamic Chicken Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken thighs in shallow glass or possibly plastic dish.
  2. Add in chicken; turn to coat with marinade.
  3. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs
  4. Place chicken and marinade in 10-inch nonstick skillet.
  5. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 min or possibly till juices of chicken run clear.
  7. Remove chicken; keep hot.
  8. Heat marinade to boiling.
  9. Boil about 6 min or possibly till liquid is reduced by half.
  10. Pour over chicken.
