Pizza Bianca With Prosciutto and Arugula
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 whole Pizza Dough, Uncooked
- 1 Tablespoon Cornmeal
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 18 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 7 ounces, fluid Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced Thin
- 1/4 pounds Prosciutto, About 6 Thin Slices
- 1 cup Arugula
- 6 slices Parmesan Shavings
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees .
- Place a handful of flour on a counter and on a rolling pin.
- With a rolling pin, roll out the dough until thin and about 10 to 12 inches in diameter.
- Put a small handful of cornmeal on a pizza stone or baking sheet and transfer the pizza dough onto it.
- Drizzle olive oil on and brush on dough.
- Sprinkle salt on top of dough.
- Place the mozzarella on the dough and put in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes, until the mozzarella is melted and the crust is golden.
- Allow to cool for a second.
- Next, place the prosciutto, arugula and parmesan on top.
- Slice and serve!
