Spinach Orange Salad
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 34 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 14 teaspoon poppy seed
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 cup toasted slivered almonds
- Gently mix spinach, oranges and mushrooms in a large bowl.
- In a screw top jar combine oil, lemon juice, honey, poppy seeds and garlic powder.
- Cover and shake well.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss lightly to coat.
- Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
