Blue cheese Burgers
- 400 grams groung beef
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 grams mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp origano
- 1 tsp mix salt and pepper
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 2 burger buns
- 150 grams bluecheese
- 4 crispy bacon
- 1 lettuce,tomato,onion,as needed
- 1 as needed mustard and mayonaise to spread on buns
- 1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp dry tyme
- Make burger patties,brown minced garlic,dry tyme,dry origano,with olive oil until very fragrance,heat off,transfer to mixing bowl
- In mixing bowl,add in beef,soya sauce,pepper and salt,mozzarella,egg yolk,,combine all by hand until well mix,form to jumbo patties,keep in refrigerator at least 2 hour to let it set
- Grills on medium heat,dont flip until you seethe juicy drop from top of patties about 4-5mins,then flip,and wait on the same duration for juicy burger,but for well done grilleach side longer,warm your burger bun
- Top chedar cheese,fried bacon,thick sliced of bluecheese,wait for cheese melt a bit,then heat off
- Make mouth watering burgers,base buns with lettuce,tomato,onion,burger with melting cheese,and top with mixture of mustard mayonaise ,salt and pepper,some pickles if you want :)
