Beef Roulades Recipe

  1. I bought the Rival Crockpot book and this recipe sounds great.
  2. I plan to try it tonight.

  4. Cut steak into 4 serving pcs.
  5. Place bacon slice on each piece of meat.
  6. Mix celery, onion and green pepper; place about 1/2 c. mix on each piece of meat.
  7. Roll up meat; secure ends with wooden picks.
  8. Wipe beef rolls with paper towels.
  9. Place in Crock-Pot.
  10. Pour gravy proportionately over steaks to thoroughly moisten.
  11. Cover Crock-Pot and cook on Low for 8-10 hrs or possibly on High for 4-5 hrs.
  12. Skim off fat, if you like, before serving.
  13. Serves 4.
