Beef Roulades Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Beef round steak, 1/2 inch thick
- 4 slc Bacon
- 3/4 c. Diced celery
- 3/4 c. Diced onion
- 1/2 c. Diced green pepper
- 1 can (10 ounces) beef gravy (I'll use homemade)
- I bought the Rival Crockpot book and this recipe sounds great.
- I plan to try it tonight.

- Cut steak into 4 serving pcs.
- Place bacon slice on each piece of meat.
- Mix celery, onion and green pepper; place about 1/2 c. mix on each piece of meat.
- Roll up meat; secure ends with wooden picks.
- Wipe beef rolls with paper towels.
- Place in Crock-Pot.
- Pour gravy proportionately over steaks to thoroughly moisten.
- Cover Crock-Pot and cook on Low for 8-10 hrs or possibly on High for 4-5 hrs.
- Skim off fat, if you like, before serving.
- Serves 4.
