Easy Pizza with Okara Soy Pulp

  1. Making the dough: Combine cake flour, okara, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix well with a spatula.
  3. Mix the soy milk and olive oil in a measuring cup.
  4. Add that into the mixture from Step 1 and mix with a spatula.
  5. When the dough comes together, transfer it onto a floured work surface (use some cake flour - unlisted).
  6. Knead well.
  7. The surface should turn slightly smooth.
  8. Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll it up into a ball.
  9. *You can wrap this up in plastic wrap to freeze and use later.
  10. Defrost in the fridge before using.
  11. Press down with your hands to stretch the dough into a flat ball.
  12. Place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  13. Pinch the edges around the perimeter of the dough to make a crust.
  14. Preparing the topping: Thinly slice the onion.
  15. Slice the cherry tomatoes into fourths.
  16. Cut the bell peppers into 5 mm cubes, the asparagus into 5 mm slices and the bacon into 5 mm strips.
  17. Spread out the pizza sauce.
  18. Top with onions.
  19. Sprinkle some cheese.
  20. Then layer the bacon, tomato, asparagus, and bell peppers.
  21. Season with salt and pepper.
  22. Bake in 220C preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  23. It's done when the cheese melts and becomes slightly browned.
  24. One pizza serves one person.
