Hash Browns
- 32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes (1 1/2 bags)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 12 cup melted butter
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- Mix all together, except butter and corn flakes.
- Put in a 9x11-inch pan.
- Melt 1/4 cup butter.
- Add corn flakes.
- Pour over ingredients.
- Pour remainder of melted butter over ingredients.
- Bake at 350F for 3/4 - 1 hour.
