Deb's Muffin Base

  1. Mix all ingredidents in large mixing bowl with electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Pick one fruit ingredident and fold in above mixture.
  3. Using standard ice cream scoop, scoop in lined muffin tin.
  4. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes.
  5. Pull out muffins and allow to cool on cooling rack.
