Overnight Coleslaw
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 12 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk until mixed well.
- Pour over cabbage mix.
- Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
