Cafe Au Lait Pudding Parfait

• 4 cups milk, divided
• 4 teaspoons instant coffee, divided
• 1 box instant vanilla pudding
• 1 box chocolate instant pudding
• whipped cream (optional)
• cinnamon sticks or cinnamon (optional)

1. Beat 2 cups milk, 2 tsp coffee and vanilla pudding until well blended, about 2 min.
2. Beat 2 cups milk, 2 tsp coffee and chocolate pudding until well blended, about 2 min.
3. Remove 2/3 cup from each of the above and mix well.
4. Let the three puddings stand 5 minutes.
5. Spoon chocolate pudding into 6 wine glasses, then the mixed pudding, then the vanilla pudding.
6. Chill at least 2 hours.
7. Garnish with whip cream or cinnamon if desired.
