South African Ribs
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Chutney
- 1 cup Coca Cola
- 1 envelope (1 Oz Size) Dry Onion Mushroom Soup Mix
- 2- 1/2 pounds Pork Ribs
- Add the ketchup, chutney and Coke into a medium-sized bowl.
- Next add the onion mushroom soup mix to the bowl and blend well.
- Place the ribs into an oven safe dish.
- Pour the marinade over the ribs and cover with foil.
- (The ribs can marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or can be baked right away.)
- Bake for 2 hours at 325 F. Then remove the cooked ribs from the dish and place them onto a hot grill.
- Cook for 5 minutes on each side to add a bit of crunch to the ribs.
- The meat is tender and delish.
- Yum.
- Serve with your favourite sides.
