Creamy Potato Soup
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 16 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 lb. potatoes, peeled, chopped Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat dressing and garlic in large saucepan on medium heat 5 min., stirring often.
- Add flour; cook and stir 3 min.
- Add potatoes and chicken broth; bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 min.
- or until potatoes are tender.
- Gradually stir in sour cream; cook on low heat 5 min.
- Sprinkle each serving with bacon and cheese.
