Creamy Potato Soup

  1. Heat dressing and garlic in large saucepan on medium heat 5 min., stirring often.
  2. Add flour; cook and stir 3 min.
  3. Add potatoes and chicken broth; bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 min.
  5. or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Gradually stir in sour cream; cook on low heat 5 min.
  7. Sprinkle each serving with bacon and cheese.
