Cheesecake Cupcakes #2

• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 34 cup sugar
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• vanilla wafer cookie
• fruit or pie filling

1. Blend first 5 ingredients together.
2. Place one vanilla wafer flat side down into baking cup.
3. Fill 3/4 full.
4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
5. Let cool.
6. Top with fruit or pie filling.
