Cream Dip for Fruit

• 100 g cream cheese
• 12 cup sour cream
• 14 cup caster sugar
• 1 teaspoon orange juice or 1 teaspoon orange-flavored liqueur

1. Blend all the ingredients together, and serve with a fresh fruit platter.
