Country Chick's Potatoes

  1. mix the first 6 ingredients and spread into a 9x13 pan.
  2. Top with cheddar.
  3. Crush the 3-4 C of corn falkes and mix with 1/4C melted butter.
  4. Place on top of cheddar.
  5. Bake at 350 for 50-55 min.
  6. or until sides are bubbly.
  7. Take out and let rest for 5-10 minutes and then dig in.
