Shrimp with Chili-Lime Mayo
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chili-lime seasoning, divided
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- zest and juice from 1 lime, divided
- 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined
- Mix mayo and 1 Tbsp.
- chili-lime seasoning until blended.
- Melt butter with oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Stir in garlic and remaining chili-lime seasoning.
- Add shrimp; cook 3 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
- Stir in lime juice; cook 30 sec.
- Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle shrimp with lime zest.
- Serve with mayo mixture.
