Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Ribs
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet BBQ Sauce Of Your Choice
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 rack Pork Baby Back Ribs
- Combine all ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add ribs.
- Simmer ribs, covered, for 40 minutes.
- Remove ribs from water and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Coat the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Place ribs under the oven broiler for 8-10 minutes, until sauce starts to bubble and caramelize.
- Feel free to grill these ribs if youd like, but the sauce doesnt stay on them as well as in the broiler.
