Asian Chicken Salad Tartlet Filling Recipe

  1. Cook chicken breast in 350-degree oven.
  2. Do not overcook.
  3. Let cook.
  4. Skin and bone breast and cut into 1/4" cubes.
  5. Put cubed meat in mixing bowl.
  6. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oils, parsley and scallions.
  7. Pour over chicken and stir well.
  8. Spoon into prepared shells.
