- 9 meringue shells homemade or shop bought
- rind 2 lemons juice of 1
- 1 pt double cream
- jar good lemon curd
- serve with ammaretti biscs
- in a large bowl roughly break up meringues
- stir in remainders ingrediants
- spoon into plastic container or bowl and freeze
- when ready to serve microwave briefly to slightly soften it.
- put back in freezer whatever remains for the next time
