Thai Curry-Steak Salad
- Dressing
- 1-1/3 cups KRAFT Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette
- 4 tsp. gingerroot, minced
- 4 tsp. red curry paste
- Salad
- 2 qt. bok choy cabbage, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.28 thru 02/09
- 1 qt. broccoli slaw
- 1 qt. sugar snap peas, blanched
- 1 qt. fresh bean sprouts
- 1 qt. carrots, julienned Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 qt. beef skirt steaks, grilled, thinly sliced
- 3 cups English cucumbers, cut lengthwise in half, thinly sliced
- 1-2/3 cups red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup yellow peppers, julienned Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped Rite Aid Buy 1 Get 1 Free thru 02/06
- Dressing: Mix ingredients until well blended.
- Salad: Combine all ingredients except nuts.
- Add Dressing; toss to coat.
- For each serving: Plate 1 cup Salad; top with 1 tsp.
